Career: Keren Strul has over two decades of experience at Israel Elwyn in a variety of roles. She was a teacher at an early intervention center and the director of the Toddler and Young Children’s Division at the Haifa & Northern Israel Branch.
Currently, Keren serves as the Director of the Haifa & Northern Israel Branch.
Education: BA in Special Education; MA in Educational Systems Management; LL.B and an LL.M in Law.
