Program goals
  • Reinforcement of the skills required for full inclusion in the competitive job market and for individual career development.
  • Support provided by highly qualified job placement experts.
Employment Preparation Program
  • Development of self-presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Reinforcement of personal management skills.
  • Development of performance and soft skills.
  • Learning about the dynamic job market.
  • Preparation for inclusion in the competitive job market.
Program Structure
  • The campus will be open 5 days per week (Sunday – Thursday), between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
  • Three days are dedicated to preparation classes and training at the “Crossroad to a Career” campus.
  • Two days include learning about the job opportunities available and locating potential jobs.
  • Additional sessions during afternoon hours.
Requirements for Acceptance
  • Individuals with autism recognized by the service recipient’s local department of social services.
  • Aged 18 and over.
  • Individuals with a desire for personal growth who are interested in inclusion in the competitive job market.
  • Individual interview.
  • Program participation is subject to approval by the service recipient’s local department of social services.
