Are you an employer? Welcome :)

We wish to give you the opportunity to join hundreds of other businesses that already employ thousands of employees with disabilities. You will benefit not only from being a partner in an important social mission of inclusion, but also from hiring employees with a particularly strong sense of motivation and purpose.

What else will you gain as an employer?

1. Placement services (free of charge) that include:
  • Mapping available positions in your business
  • Identifying suitable employees
  • Guidance, training, and support for the employer, their staff, and for the employee during the acclimation and integration process
2. Paying an adapted salary, according to the abilities and productiveness of the employee
3. Participation by the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs in adaptations for employees, according to their need and position
4. Diverse labor – research shows that the inclusion of employees with disabilities in the workplace positively impacts the sense of commitment and motivation of other employees
5. Recognition from your customers that you are an open-door employer who is involved in making a social impact

If you can do just one thing well, somebody will need you.
