The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, The Hadassah School of Nursing
Israel Elwyn has enjoyed a long-standing relationship of cooperation with the Henrietta Szold School of Nursing at Hadassah and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. As part of these established cooperative activities, students participate in exposure and acquaintance days during which they meet service recipients from Israel Elwyn’s community living services.
The goal of the partnership is to expose students to a variety of populations, mainly people with disabilities, as part of their training program. A number of students have chosen to grow their knowledge of and exposure to community living service recipients via participation in a distinctive counselling program that focuses on health.
