“I am filled with emotion as I write this message, after having seen my son make his way in a normative life as do all people his age, thanks Israel Elwyn’s.Supported Employment Program. I would specifically like to take this opportunity emphasize Muhmad Agabriya’s immense contribution to my son’s inclusion as an employee in Tayibe.
Muhmad supported my son professionally, socially and emotionally while retaining my son’s individuality. He provided a listening ear and round-the-clock support. Likewise, he gave of his time over and above what was required of him in order to take care of my son’s work conditions, salary, and social benefits.
A person like this must be praised for all that he does for the benefit of people with disabilities. He gives them the feeling that they are equals and is a source of light in their tunnel of pain.”
