Michal Wilf, PH.D

Assistant CEO for Professional Services

Career: Michal Wilf has over 14 years of experience at Israel Elwyn and around 30 years of involvement in providing support for people with disabilities. Michal has served as director of Israel Elwyn’s employment services and of the Haifa & Northern Israel Branch.

Currently, Michal serves as Assistant CEO for Professional Services.

Previously, Michal served for 20 years in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in mental health care and support for families of fallen or injured soldiers. She also provided guidance to soldiers who had retired or were dismissed from the IDF in forging new careers in the job market.

Education: BA in Social Work; MA in Clinical Social Work; and PhD in Social Work, University of Haifa.
