Israel Elwyn (hereon: the Organization) was established in 1984 and operates in collaboration with and with the support of the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs; Ministry of Education; Ministry of Health and local municipalities nationwide. The Organization serves close to 5,200 individuals with disabilities including toddlers, children, teenagers, young people, adults and seniors.
The Organization provides a wide range of programs and support activity including early intervention centers; extended day programs in preschools and schools; transitional programs for teenagers and young adults; support programs for young adults who volunteer for military or national service; job training and support in the competitive job market; adult day centers; retiree programs; supported living services; self-advocacy programs; cultural and recreational programs.
For the sake of convenience, these regulations are written in the second person, but are addressed to and binding for all users and/or those on their behalf of the Organization’s various services and activities.
The Organization reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate a user’s access to the Organization’s website and services at any time, including in the event that the user has violated the provisions of these regulations and/or if it is found that the user is trying to harm the proper operation of the Organization its employees, its reputation and/or for any other reason.
- The Organization’s services
The services, to which the regulations will apply, will include any service that the Organization chooses to offer to the public for a fee and/or without a fee, according to the Organization’s sole discretion.
