Eran Sharon, owner of the “Bullshirt” social business for printing t-shirts

“We have had a relationship with Israel Elwyn (IE) for many years. It’s a home for me, my business wouldn’t be able to exist without Israel Elwyn’s understanding and support for me as an employer. The common aim to succeed, the support and guidance provided by professional staff members, who have assisted from the start, in building a team of workers who are perfectly suited to the place’s needs, and who help us succeed in quality, high-level production.

IE’s support frees the employer of worries, making him or her available for other things, while the task of monitoring work is left to the job coach, who comes under the auspices of IE, and does her work excellently.

The business would not exist without IE’s professional support. Even during a rough period, they believed in us and in our goal to be a social business that employs only workers with special needs.

In my opinion, every employer should employ people with disabilities in his or her business. I, as an employer, see every person as an equal among equals. My motto for success in working with all my employees is to see them at eye level.

And, by doing this, I gain loyal employees who give their utmost to their work.

And I believe that it is my social responsibility as an employer to see every person as they are, and not to judge according to disability.

As a society, the more we provide equal opportunities to every person, the more we will benefit! Just as I have gained a loyal, unified, enthusiastic, and happy staff!

Their added value for my business is that they bring joy with them every morning, put life in proportion, and provide endless love and a great deal of interest.

I am so happy with this step, and hope to see other businesses including these special people and embarking on such a positive journey with them!”
